The beautiful actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is the brand ambassador of the Swiss watch maker Logines. Recently Logines launched its Admiral collection of time pieces. The elegant and ravishing actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan did the honours at an enthralling fashion presentation and unveiled the new collection of Longines watches titled as “Admiral” at ITC Mumbai.
The show featured the various ranges of the Longines Admiral collection, with each piece presented by leading models like Nina Manuel, Carol Gracias, Bhavna Sharma, Pia Trivedi and Niketan Madhok dressed in Ermenigildo Zegna and Gauri and Nainika Karan ensembles.Offcourse the main highlight of the show was Aishwarya who proudly flaunted the Longines Admiral on her wrist.
The Longines Admiral series is meant for travelers and modern adventurers who ‘enjoy crossing lines of longitude’, claims the company. The 24h “second time zone” models supposedly bear witness to this. An automatic movement, a 24-hour scale on the bezel and a hand for the supplementary hours, with automatic mechanical chronographs, a date window at six o’clock and a tachymeter on the dial do not come cheap. Priced at Rs 1,10,500 onwards, the different models are available with stainless steel bracelet or genuine alligator strap, fitted with triple security folding clasp.
