Katrina Kaif has been labeled the surprise hit of 2008 by Vogue magazine and is seen on the cover of the same on it’s December issue. The lady is seen sporting top international designers such as Cartier, YSL, Donna Karan and Manolo Blahnik, to name a few. In the course of the interview, Katrina confesses her love for the Peking Duck at a suburban Mumbai restaurant, aversion to clubbing (‘My body can’t afford regular clubbing’) and among other things, her need for ‘attention’.
In fact she says, “Actors feel lost without all the attention. I’m most comfortable in front of 300 people on a set. Otherwise, I’m lost. It’s too much quiet, too much ‘alone.’”
And about her younger days, Katrina says, “The biggest thrill was sucking helium out of balloons and talking like Mickey Mouse.”
