Rani Mukherjee looked angelic as she came in a gorgeous white and golden sari at Dada Saheb Phalke Academy Awards 2011 held at Bhaidas Hall in Vile Parle, Mumbai. Rani was honored and she received the award for her Outstanding Performance in “No One Killed Jessica” where she played the character of a TV journalist.
Dadasaheb Phalke Award is an annual award given by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting for lifetime contribution to Indian cinema. It was instituted in 1969, the birth centenary year of Dadasaheb Phalke, considered the father of Indian cinema.
